Description: The www.go-rts.com redesign has provided a more functional and user-friendly platform for obtaining route, schedule and other RTS information. There has been a great deal of positive feedback from website users describing how much they prefer the new layout and have found it easier to navigate.

Class II – Jacksonville Transit Authority (JTA)
Name:Super Bowl video
Target Audience: Super Bowl Host Committee, Future Host Cities, JTA Board, City of Jacksonville, and the NFL.
Project Cost: $3,585
Description: JTA broke ridership records and successfully moved fans from the stadium area in record time (2 hours) compared to past Super Bowl hosts (previous fastest was 3 hours). JTA documented this success in a professional and timely manner, and with a minimal budget, video was made and sent to target auidence.
